Project Description:
Replace manually printed and hand applied bag labeling process with cost effective semi automated system.
Recommendation:
Semi-automatic labeling system with revolutionary Cab A4+ thermal transfer printer and german engineered “bolt-on” A1000 applicator which together print and apply variable information labels from a predetermine format using Seagull Scientific Bartender software. Cab A4+ dispenses label directly to A1000 applicator pad holds label and applies to top bag of a stack when operator triggers foot switch. Bag removed by hand and cycle repeated.

Reduced operator fatigue from repetitive hand labeling; dramatic increase in output, consistency and reliability in bag labeling process overall.
